Description:
Rubber Magnetic Encoder Targets are an ideal solution for industrial applications. They are particularly suitable for robots in medical applications, automated production lines, or machine tools.
Our Vernier rings consist of two magnetic tracks. The main track, composed of several pairs of magnetized poles, enables the precise definition of position. The second track, known as the Nonius track, has one pole pair fewer than the main track. The principle is to calculate the offset between the two tracks to determine the absolute position.
The elastic properties of rubber, combined with good rubber - metal adhesion, ensure excellent performance in extreme environments.
Magnet Rings can be combined with the iC - MU series Hall - effect sensors to form absolute measurement systems.
