Funktionsprinzip
Magnetfeldänderung: Der Magnetring ist in mehrere Magnetpole unterteilt, die in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge angeordnet sind. Wenn sich der Ring dreht, erkennt der Sensor Änderungen der Magnetfeldstärke.
Signalumwandlung: Der Sensor wandelt die erkannten Magnetfeldänderungen in elektrische Signale um, die dann verarbeitet werden, um genaue Informationen über Drehwinkel, Geschwindigkeit und Richtung zu erhalten.

Vergleich mit anderen Encodertypen

Unsere Magnetringe haben einen entscheidenden Vorteil: transparente Kosten für Formen und Magnetisierungsspulen. Wir berechnen dafür keine zusätzlichen Kosten.
Bei kleinen Musterbestellungen (ca. 10 Stück) handelt es sich in der Regel um Restbestände aus größeren Produktionsserien. Bitte zahlen Sie schnell, um sich Ihren Vorrat zu sichern. Für kleine Bestellungen nehmen wir die Produktion nicht auf; das ist für uns nicht kosteneffizient.
Bei Bestellungen von mehr als 2.000 bis 10.000 Stück beginnen wir in der Regel mit der Produktion, um die Kosten zu kontrollieren. Wenn Ihre Bestellung klein ist und nicht schnell bestätigt wird, könnten Sie den aktuellen Bestand verpassen.

Anzahl der Pole:
- Die Master-Spur bezieht sich auf die Polzahl der Hauptmagnetspur eines Ringmagneten. Die meisten Ringmagnete, wie die für Motoren oder Inkrementalgeber, haben nur eine Magnetspur.
- Absolute Encoder-Ringmagnete oder Encoder-Ringmagnete mit Markierungspunkten haben jedoch auch eine Nonius-Spur. Das bedeutet, dass sie zwei Magnetspuren haben, wie auf dem Bild zu sehen ist.
- Ferritmagnete werden auch Sinterferrit oder Hartferritmagnete genannt. Sie sehen aus wie Keramik und werden auch so hergestellt, weshalb sie auch als Keramikmagnete bezeichnet werden.Diese Magnete sind in großen Mengen billig herzustellen, auch wenn die Formkosten hoch sind. Sie sind sehr widerstandsfähig gegen Rost und hohe Temperaturen bis zu 250℃. Ferritmagnete sind genau und kostengünstig für Drehgeber. Sie können jedoch leicht brechen, wenn sie stark erschüttert werden, wie bei Robotern im Freien. Für diese ist das Magnetmaterial aus vulkanisiertem Gummi stabiler.
- Spritzgegossene Ferritmagnete werden durch Mischen von magnetischem Ferritpulver mit Kunststoffbindemitteln wie Nylon (PA6 oder 12) oder PPS hergestellt. Dieses Gemisch wird dann spritzgegossen, d. h. mit Hilfe einer Form in die gewünschte Form gebracht, wobei diese Magnete sogar direkt auf einen Metallschaft gegossen werden können. Sie können bei Temperaturen von bis zu 150°C eingesetzt werden.
Gebundene Neodym-Magnete werden durch Mischen von Neodym-Magnetpulver mit einem Bindemittel hergestellt.
Einfach ausgedrückt: Sie sind spritzgegossen, das heißt, sie enthalten ein Bindemittel. Etwa 80 % des Magneten bestehen aus Neodym-Pulver, die restlichen 20 % sind Bindemittel.
Zu ihren Vorteilen gehören hohe Maßgenauigkeit, große Designflexibilität und gute mechanische Festigkeit.
Spritzgegossene Neodym-Magnete werden durch Mischen von Neodym-Magnetpulver mit thermoplastischem Kunststoff hergestellt. Diese Mischung wird dann spritzgegossen. Diese Magnete sind stärker als spritzgegossene Ferritmagnete.
Spritzgegossene Neodym-Magnete können in vielen Formen hergestellt werden. Sie können klein oder unregelmäßig sein. Man kann sie mit mehreren Polen oder komplexen Mustern magnetisieren. Sie sind außerdem sehr genau und formbeständig.
Diese Magnete können direkt auf Motorkerne oder Metallwellen gegossen werden. Das spart Montagekosten. Sie gelten als eine stärkere Option als spritzgegossene Ferritmagnete. Sie können bei Temperaturen von bis zu 180 °C eingesetzt werden.

Gesinterte NdFeB-Magnete werden auch gesinterte Neodym-Magnete genannt. Dies sind die stärksten bekannten Dauermagnete. Sie bestehen aus Neodym (Nd), Eisen (Fe), Bor (B) und anderen Seltenerdelementen.
Diese Magnete erzeugen sehr starke Magnetfelder und bleiben auch bei Raumtemperatur magnetisch. Sie können in vielen Formen hergestellt werden. Dadurch eignen sie sich für viele Anwendungen, insbesondere für hochwertige kommerzielle Motoren.
Sie werdendurch Sintern hergestellt. Die pulverförmigen Materialien werden erhitzt, bis sie sich miteinander verbinden. Dieser Prozess macht die Magnete stärker und effektiver.
Allerdings können diese Magnete leicht korrodieren und werden durch hohe Temperaturen beeinträchtigt. Daher werden sie in der Regel beschichtet (oft mit einer Nickel-Kupfer-Nickel-Schicht), um sie zu schützen. Die Zugabe schwerer Seltenerdelemente trägt ebenfalls dazu bei, dass sie höheren Temperaturen standhalten.
- Vulkanisiertes Gummimagnetmaterial wird hergestellt, indem dem Gummi während eines Vulkanisierungsprozesses Magnetpulver zugesetzt wird. Dieser Prozess verändert die Struktur des Gummis und macht es viel stärker, elastischer und stabiler. Sie sind flexibel und brechen nicht so leicht bei Stößen.
- Gummimagnete werden aus magnetischem Pulver hergestellt, das mit synthetischem Gummi gemischt wird. Sie werden durch Extrudieren, Kalandrieren oder Spritzgießen geformt. Man kann sie zu Streifen, Rollen, Platten, Blöcken, Ringen und vielen anderen Formen verarbeiten. Ihr Hauptvorteil besteht darin, dass sie flexibel sind und in verschiedene Formen gebracht werden können, ihr Nachteil ist jedoch, dass sie im Vergleich zu Neodym-Magneten nicht sehr stark sind (sie haben keine hohe Remanenz). Bei Drehgebern können normale Gummimagnete die hohen Präzisionsanforderungen nicht erfüllen. Sie sind nur für einspurige Inkrementalgeber geeignet.
