You are probably reading this because you need a specific magnetic part, and you need a price quote yesterday. We get it. Time is money.
At our factory, we want to give you an instant answer. However, because we are a B2B manufacturer selling globally, we need a little help from you to make sure we don't waste your time or budget.
Here is the honest truth about how our factory works, and how you can use this info to get the best deal.
Firstly, if you are unsure about the specifications of the magnetic ring you need, such as the PN/SKU/Model number (e.g.R0663) , we recommend that you provide a drawing, even a hand-drawn one. This will help eliminate cultural differences between countries and allow us to provide you with a quote more quickly.

Because this drawing (even though simple) saved our engineers from "guessing" and risking a misunderstanding, we were able to process the data immediately and send him a quote within 24 hours.
1. Why do we ask so many questions about "Specs"?
Sometimes clients ask us: "Can you just give me a price for a magnetic ring?"
To be honest, we are terrified of answering this question without more details. Why? Because two magnets can look exactly the same on the outside, but behave completely differently inside.
Magnetic Ring Dimensions

Magnetization method
(Ex. MT/Pole Count = 8 poles)
(Ex. MT/Pole Count = 2 poles)
(Ex. MT/Pole Count = 6 poles)
- Magnetization Direction: Does the N/S pole run through the height or the diameter?
- Pole Count: Is it 2 poles? 8 poles? Multipole?
- Coating/surfacing: Will it be used in a humid environment (needs Epoxy) or standard (Ni-Cu-Ni)?

If we "guess" your needs, we risk sending you a product that fails in your application. We ask for these details (OD, ID, Poles, etc.) to protect your project from failure.
2. The Truth About the $50 Handling Fee (And how to avoid it)
You might have noticed our policy: Orders under 5 pieces incur a $50 handling fee.
We want to be completely transparent about why this exists. We do not make a profit on this fee.
As a mass-production factory, our machines are huge. Setting up a machine to produce 1 piece takes the same amount of labor, mold calibration, and engineering time as setting up for 1,000 pieces. That $50 fee goes directly to covering the labor cost of the workers who stop the main line to set up for your sample.
💡 The Pro Tip:
We highly recommend you order at least 5 pieces. By doing this, the unit price covers the setup cost naturally, you get spare parts for testing, and you avoid paying the extra $50 fee entirely. It is a win-win.
3. The "Golden Checklist" for a Fast Quote
If you want to skip the back-and-forth emails and get a price immediately, please use one of the following methods:
Option A: The Fastest Way 🚀
If you know exactly what you need, tell us the Model/PN/SKU Number (e.g., R0680). We can check our warehouse stock in seconds.
Option B: The Custom Way 🛠️
If you don't have a model number, please copy and paste this list into your message or email:
- Outer Diameter (OD):
- Inner Diameter (ID):
- Height/Thickness:
- Magnetization Direction: (e.g., Axial, Radial, Multipole)
- Coating: (e.g., Ni-Cu-Ni, Zinc, Epoxy)
(Ideally, attach a simple drawing or photo!)
📢 Note: No CAD software? No problem! We happily accept hand-drawn sketches.
Please just ensure the handwriting and numbers are clear. To be honest, the only reason we insist on a drawing is that we are terrified of text descriptions getting "lost in translation." A visual sketch acts as a universal language—it helps us bypass any cultural or language barriers to ensure we make exactly what you need.
Ready to inquire? Now that you know how we work, we are ready to help you. Send us your specs, and let’s get your project moving!
