Hot-Pressed NdFeB Ring Magnets Description

Hot-pressed magnets are the result of the bonding between thermoplastic binders and permanent magnet powders, i.e. ferrite, neodymium, and/or samarium cobalt, and can be divided into isotropic magnets and anisotropic full-density magnets.

The Hot-pressed isotropic Neodymium magnet is produced by rapidly quenched Neodymium magnetic powder under high temperature through compression.The hot-pressed anisotropic NdFeB magnet is mainly an anisotropic radially oriented ring magnet produced through compression and extrusion deformation by rapidly quenched NdFeB magnetic powder under high temperatures.

Hot-pressed NdFeB magnets offer several advantages over sintered Neodymium magnets:

1. Hot-pressed NdFeB magnets excel in micro and small applications, enabling the production of small-diameter (s15mm)ring magnets.
2. The hot-pressed magnetic ring process maintains excellent magnetic properties across varying wall thicknesses and diameters.
3. Even without considering coating protection,hot-pressed magnetic rings exhibit good anti-corrosion performance.
4. Hot-pressed magnetic rings boast a robust structure, exhibiting better toughness and bending strength than sintered neodymium magnetic rings.
5. Hot-pressed ring magnets offer a higher cost-performance ratio, faster delivery times, and excellent temperature resistance performance.
6. The magnet ring eliminates the need for a circular splice process. It can be magnetized for multi-poles, providing convenience for motor assembly.
