2. Processing Orders & Delivery
2.1 Processing Orders
- Prices exclude VAT: The VAT rate applicable to your order will be determined by the laws and regulations of the receiving country.
- No minimum order requirement: You can place an order for any amount.
- Full payment upfront: To complete your order, full payment must be made before your order is dispatched.
- Estimated delivery times: The delivery times provided are approximate. Your order will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout and confirmed in our order confirmation email.
- 30-minute window for changes: Due to processing times and frequent courier pickups, you have a 30-minute window after placing your order to request changes or add additional products. Orders for any additional products needed after this window must be placed separately. To add to your existing order, please contact our team within the 30-minute window.
2.2 Delivery
- Payment method selection: You can choose your preferred payment method during checkout.
- Logistics provider choice (for orders over $2000): For orders exceeding $2000, you have the option to choose your preferred logistics provider, balancing factors like service quality and cost. The final choice is yours.
- Limited liability for delays: CCmagnetics.com cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, such as UK National Bank Holidays, acts of nature (flooding, fire), labor disputes, or strikes. We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving full payment. For the latest delivery information, please refer to our Delivery Policy.
- Safe return of incorrect deliveries: By placing an order with CCmagnetics.com (through our website, phone with sales, or authorized third-party channels like Amazon or eBay), you agree to notify us and facilitate the safe return of any items you receive in error. If you sign for a package containing unexpected items mistakenly delivered to you instead of your order, you are responsible for any associated costs if you fail to allow us to safely collect or return the items in the same condition they were delivered. Failure to pay for or return these items will be considered theft, and legal action may be taken.
3. Cancellations & Returns
3.1 Cancellations
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving standard products. (This does not apply to customized products.)
- For customized products, returns are only accepted if there are quality issues. You will need to provide supporting documentation to initiate a return.
- To cancel your order, please notify us by email or phone.
- If you have already received your order, please follow the return policy outlined in Section 3.2.
3.2 Returns
- We cannot offer refunds for made-to-order magnets, including large quantities of stock magnets specifically manufactured for a customer.
- To return any part of your order, you must first obtain authorization from CCmagnetics.com by contacting us via phone or email.
- We cannot accept or credit returns for goods that are not fit for resale due to damage (chips, cracks, contamination).
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Refunds will only cover the standard delivery cost (excluding any premium delivery charges).
- Please return goods in their original packaging if possible. If the original packaging is unavailable, pack the magnets securely in a strong container at least as large as the original. Place the magnets in the center of the container, away from the sides. Include a copy of the original invoice for faster refund processing.
- If your magnets are defective, you will need to receive return authorization before returning them. Replacement magnets will be sent to you free of charge.
- A 25% restocking fee may be applied to returned magnets. This means you will receive a refund of 75% of the original purchase price.
4. Liability
4.1 Disclaimer of Liability
CCmagnetics.com is not liable for damages or injuries caused by improper or careless use of its magnets. By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that you have read and understood our Health & Safety Warnings.
4.2 Health & Safety Warnings
Your order will be dispatched with a health & safety warning sticker. Large magnets will include a fully illustrated warning sheet containing important information. Always read this information before handling the magnets.
4.3 Acceptance of Terms
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood the provided health & safety information.
4.4 Force Majeure
CCmagnetics.com shall not be liable for delays in delivery due to force majeure events, including acts of nature, flooding, labor disputes, strikes, riots, civil commotion, or government actions.
4.5 Limitation of Liability
CCmagnetics.com does not assume liability for any errors or omissions on the website and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications, and descriptions of all services and website content.
4.6 Error Correction
CCmagnetics.com will make all reasonable efforts to correct any errors or omissions as soon as possible after being notified.
4.7 Consequential Loss Disclaimer
CCmagnetics.com will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from incorrect specifications, nonconformity, or delayed delivery.

Online payments are made securely through an electronic PayPal gateway. CCmagnetics.com does not handle or store any customer credit card details.

5.4 Email Marketing

You will be automatically added to our email mailing list after placing your order unless you opt-out during checkout. 6. Warranty
6.1 Functional Efficiency Warranty
CCmagnetics.com warrants the functional efficiency of delivered magnets. This means we guarantee the magnets will perform as intended under normal use.
6.2 Exclusions from Warranty
The following are not covered under our warranty:
- Damage during use: This includes chipping, flaking, or wearing of the surface coating due to improper use or handling (e.g., magnet collisions).
- Broken magnets: Neodymium magnets can break if dropped or collide. Broken magnets are not covered by the warranty.
- Loss of magnetism due to high temperatures: All magnets (unless otherwise stated) are heat-resistant up to 80°C. Exposure to higher temperatures can weaken the magnetism.
6.3 Warranty Period
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery.
7. Health & Safety
7.1 User Responsibility
CCmagnetics.com is not responsible for personal injuries resulting from magnet use. We strongly recommend following the safety guidelines provided.
7.2 Warning Information
All magnets are shipped with detailed warning sheets that explain the potential hazards of strong magnets, regardless of size.
