NdFeB magnets, also known as strong magnets, because the suction is very strong. Therefore, before the magnet is delivered, the packaging of the magnet is particularly important. Most customers need magnets to be magnetized. How to pack the magnetized magnets?

The packaging of magnets, the regular size is usually packaged in a white box, which is called a small white box in the industry. The magnet needs to be wrapped in a transparent plastic bag and put into a small white box. There should be no space inside. It is necessary to ensure that the magnet will not shake in the box during transportation. The size, quantity and other information of the magnets should be marked on each small white box. In some factories that must be careful, each small white box will be sealed with tape. Then put it into a carton with high hardness for packaging, and the outer carton must be filled with foam inside. Marks also need to be marked on the outside of the outer box, and customers need to know the quantity information of each box.

Packaging can be cumbersome for unusually large magnets or magnetic assemblies. It may not be possible to use cartons for packaging, but need to use custom-made wooden boxes for loading, and each piece of the large magnet inside needs to be spaced with large specified plastic spacers or wooden boards

For export packaging, degaussing packaging is required. Degaussing packaging is not to demagnetize the magnet, but to use foam or magnetic isolation board for magnetic isolation. It is usually necessary to fix the six sides of the carton with a magnetic isolation board. Then pack it with pearl cotton tape and carton. Only after magnetic isolation packaging can it pass the airline's security inspection. In the process of foreign trade export, if there is no magnetic insulation packaging, the transportation company may not accept the package. Some transportation companies may also need to provide MSDS, transportation identification report and other materials. Magnetic inspection is required for exporting magnets, so how can the factory ensure that the packaging can pass the magnetic inspection? In fact, it is very simple. If you use an iron sheet or a coin to test it outside, it can pass without obvious magnetism.

In summary, the packaging of magnets is very important. Good packaging can avoid damage to the product or demagnetization of the product. Remember to do magnetic shielding for export packaging.
