💰 NO MOLD FEES: For any product listed in our catalog, you do not pay for molds or fixtures!

When you inquire about a product, it will fall into one of the following 5 categories:

1. ✅ IN STOCK (Ready to Ship)

These are limited surplus units from bulk orders. They are perfect for R&D and testing.

⚠️ Warning: First Come, First Served.
Stock is limited. We only reserve inventory after we receive payment. Please order quickly to avoid losing the stock to other buyers.

2. 🔄 ALTERNATIVES (Recommended)

If your exact size is out of stock, we can suggest a close match from our existing inventory. This is the fastest way to save money and time.

3. 🛠 MADE TO ORDER (Restocking)

If you require a specific catalog item that is currently out of stock, the following rules apply:

• Small Test Order (e.g., 10 pcs): Requires a Sampling Fee. This covers labor and machine setup costs.
• Bulk Order (2,000–5,000+ pcs): No Sampling Fee. You get the standard bulk price immediately.
• High-Precision Encoder Magnets: No extra setup fees, but delivery depends on our current production schedule availability.

Ready to move from prototype to mass production? We guarantee the best competitive price and ensure the quality stays consistent with your approved samples.

5. 🎨 FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE (New Designs)

If the product you want is not listed in our catalog, it means we have never manufactured this design before.

• Cost: You will likely need to cover the Mold and/or Magnetization Fixture costs.
• Our Promise: We will try our best to coordinate production so you get the most cost-effective price possible.
